This person should bring strong collaborative leadership skills (the ability to coordinate across Member offices, agencies, and stakeholders while keeping a fast operational tempo). In addition to exceptional writing and research skills with the ability to distill dense records into precise, persuasive work products on tight deadlines and have sound political and legal judgment, with the discretion to handle confidential and sensitive information.
