Research Intern

Washington DC

Assists the National Low Income Housing Coalition in ongoing quantitative and qualitative research projects, writes weekly articles on current research for the NLIHC newsletter, attends briefings, and helps staff respond to research inquiries - all in support of NLIHC's mission of advancing socially just public policies to ensure that the lowest income people in America have decent and affordable homes.

Seeking candidates with strong communications and interpersonal skills who are also well organized. Prefer candidates with experience quantitative and qualitative research. Experience with statistics (e.g., SPSS) a plus.

Interns are sought for fall and winter/spring semesters. Interns receive a modest stipend.
